Personal Injury Claims UK - The Facts

Saturday, January 19th, 2008

By Martin Nolan Most people who make a personal injury claim do so reluctantly. Very little is generally known about the process and there have been many negative news stories in the press in recent years. If you are thinking of making a claim, this article will help to explain the process in straightforward terms, hopefully allaying any fears you might have about proceeding with your case. MAKING A PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM Limitation How long do you have to make your claim? The law requires in the form of the Limitation act that a personal injury claim must either be resolved within 3 years from the date of injury, or that proceedings have commenced at Court within that time period. Most claims are concluded within 6-9 months and only a very small proportion will ever make it to court. It is said that in the UK less than 2% of claims reach trial. The responsible party Your personal injury claim will be dealt with by the insurers of the responsible party. It is the insurer who we negotiate with not the individual or the company that may ultimately have been responsible for the injury. The Protocol All claims in England & Wales are subject to a Personal Injury Protocol which lays down the rules by which both solicitors and insurers must abide by during the claim. The protocol ensures that both sides play fair. Starting the claim To start your case you must send a letter of claim to the responsible partys insurers. This letter sets out why the claim is being brought and what injuries / loss have been suffered. It gives the recipient / insurer a detailed overview of your claim. Liability Under the protocol, an insurer is allowed 3 months from the date of the letter of claim to admit or deny liability. If liability is to be denied then the insurer must supply witness evidence in support of their arguments. They cannot simply refuse to deal with your claim. Medical evidence In order to prove that you suffered an injury as a result of the accident it will be necessary to attend a medical examination. You will be examined by an independent doctor in your local area. The doctor will be one that the insurers have agreed to. Following your examination, the doctor will provide a report on your injuries. The report is vital because it describes the injury suffered and confirms when or if your recovery is likely. Compensation Once the medical report is received it is then sent to the insurers and they decide on the level of compensation that you are likely to receive. Your solicitors will have an idea of the compensation you deserve, this very often may differ from the figures an insurer has in mind. In the majority of cases an amicable agreement can be reached. The compensation is generally divided into two parts: General Damages In other words damages for pain & suffering including loss of amenity. This award compensates you for the suffering you have encountered usually in its physical form e.g. whiplash, broken leg, strained muscles etc. However, it is also possible to be compensated for psychological distress, post traumatic stress disorder, or to a much lesser extent anxiety e.g. fear of driving or fear of being in a certain situation. Special Damages You will also be entitled to receive compensation for specific losses attributable to the accident. These include but are not limited to - loss of earnings (also bonuses or overtime) car hire expenses, care and services, extra expenses ie; travel costs incurred going to doctors, hospitals, etc, damaged clothing, prescription charged and so on. You need to keep a note of all these parts of your claim, and preferably receipts. It is sometimes possible to arrange for an interim or early payment to cover certain losses eg. Insurance excess, car hire, loss of earnings (usually the insurers demand medical evidence before paying earnings). All interim payments are deducted from final global damages. Settlement It is normal for insurance companies to settle personal injury claims without the need to go to Court. As explained earlier very few claims ever reach court. The main reason for this is that the insurers realise that claims generally cost more money if they involve court proceedings. Following release of the medical report, most injury claims are capable of settlement and you can negotiate a full and final award for compensation. Costs If the insurer admits liability and agrees to deal with your claim, they will also meet your legal fees provided that your compensation award for personal injury exceeds 1000. No win No fee In order to formally instruct any UK solicitor on a no win no fee basis it is necessary for you to sign a Conditional Fee Agreement. This sets out the obligations of both parties and the application of the agreement is laid down and enforced rigidly by the Law Society. Martin Nolan is a legal marketer in the UK working with no win no fee compensation lawyers who offer free advice on a wide array of important legal issues. Christ’s Purpose of Founding His Church

Wednesday, January 16th, 2008

By Sustines Laplana Only few of the believers of Christ knew that the Church is also important to man for him to attain the salvation promised by Christ. They thought that what is important for their salvation is Christ alone because Christ is the only savior sent by God to save men on the day of judgment. And for us to know the importance of the church founded by Christ, let us ask the Holy Bible the series of questions. Did Christ state His purpose of founding His church? In the book of Matthew 16:18, on the declaration of Christ, it was clearly stated the importance of His Church:18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. (Matt 16:18, NKJV)According to Christ, the gates of Hades shall not prevail against Christ’s Church. Does it mean that members of Christs Church will not experience death? Apostle Paul answered that those who died in Christ will rise first.16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. (I Thessalonians 4:16, NKJV)The dead in Christ referred to by Apostle Paul on that verse are members of the Church founded by Christ. They are said to be in Christ because they are members of the body of Christ, or the Church of Christ (Romans 12:4-5, Colossians 1:18, Romans 16:16) Take note, that those who died in Christ will rise first. After this, what will happen to them? According to Apostle John they are blessed and holy and that the second death has no power over them. 6 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. (Revelations 20:6, NKJV)What is Second Death, anyway? Apostle John said that the Second death is the lake of fire.14Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. (Revelations 20:14, NIV)In other words, members of the true Church of Christ although experience death (the first death) will never experience the second death which is the lake of fire. Why is it that members of the Church of Christ will never experience death? It is because Christ will save His Church.23For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. (Ephesians 5:23, NIV)If Christ is the savior of His Church, does it mean that Christ will save His Church alone? Yes. Christ will save His Church alone, because according to Apostle Paul, outside the Church is God’s judgment.13God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked man from among you.” (I Corinthians 5:13, ibid)And what will be the judgment of God outside the Church of Christ? Christ said that the branch that will be cast out will be thrown into the fire. 6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. (John 15:6, ibid)The branches referred to by Christ are the members of His Body the Church. As these branches will be cast out, they will be thrown into the fire. If Christ will save His Church alone, is there any invitation of Christ to men for them to be saved on the day of judgment? Yes. Christ invited men to enter by Him. 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. (John 10:9, ibid)Those who enter Christ became parts of Christ’s body.27 Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually. (I Corinthians 12:27, ibid)The body of Christ is His own Church (Colossians 1:18, Romans 16:16). Therefore: The main purpose why Christ founded His Church, is to save those who are inside His Church from the wrath of God on Judgment Day. So, if you want to be saved on the day of Judgment, you must enter Christ, by becoming members of the true Church of Christ. About the Author: Sustines E. Business Marketing Strategy

Tuesday, January 15th, 2008

By Joy Gendusa The term business marketing strategy might sound like it is esoteric or stratospheric, so lets take the mystery out of it so you can devise and implement your own business marketing strategy that fits in to your small business plan. Strategy comes from a Greek word stratagein meaning to be a general. Think of a strategy as an overall plan of action needed to win a war. The smaller, detailed actions are called tactics. You can have tactical plans which help you achieve your strategic marketing plan or overall business marketing strategy. Thats simple enough, isnt it? A business marketing strategy or strategic marketing plan is an overall plan of marketing actions you intend to take in order to accomplish a specific goal for your company. Start with a goal: $2 million in sales this year; expand into new premises by a certain date; double the size of the company in 2 years whatever the goal may be. Something realistic but challenging. That’s the “war” you want to win. Guess who the general is. Then work out a simple, overall plan of the major marketing steps needed to accomplish that (for example): 1. Publish a newsletter for all existing customers and mail out quarterly. 2. Work out 4 special offers in the year and promote them to all our customers. 3. Set up on-line shopping and expand the web site. 4. Direct mail campaign promoting the web site to all customers. 5. Get mailing lists of (target markets) and do a series of 3 mailings of postcards to them and follow up on and close all leads. 6. Etc. You get the idea. Dont rush this. Do your homework. What worked in the past? Read up on successful marketing campaigns.Your business marketing strategy needs to be laid out in the right sequence and you should have some idea of budget when you write it. Run a series of 30 second TV ads during the Superbowl might sound like a good thing to do but can you afford it? On the other hand, when you build your business marketing strategy you mustnt try and cut corners. If you dont promote heavily, it doesnt matter how good your product or service is, no one will know about it and you will go broke. What really works when it comes to marketing? Many business owners don’t have a good enough answer to this important question. I learned by a combination of study and trial and error. From my own hard won experienceI have discovered that a real marketing campaign will take into consideration at least the seven points which are outlined below: 1. Target Your Market Your marketing will produce the best results for the lowest cost when you target prospects with the greatest need for what you offer. Identify the best people to send your postcards to. Design your postcards to appeal to their greatest need. If you are able to break down your target market into sub markets you can then write postcards that specifically speak to the needs of those people (an example is breaking down your own customer list into customers who buy most often, customers who spend the most money with you, customers who have been your customers the longest and then making them special offers based on the category they fit into). 2. Create A USP For Your Business USP stands for “Unique Selling Proposition”. It is a statement of what is different about your company and its products. Your USP gives the reason people should do business with you. It amplifies the benefit of doing business with you and your company. My USP is POSTCARD MARKETING EXPERTS. Create your own USP and put it on all your promotional materials, invoices, shipping labels etc. Use your USP to communicate the benefit of doing business with you and why you are better than any of your competitors. 3. Always Make an Offer Make sure you ask your prospects and customers to do something when they receive your postcard. By offering them something you know they are likely to want and giving them a smooth path to respond on, you are making it easy and desirable for them to respond. 4. Create and Maintain a Database of The Customer Information You Collect From The Responses To Your Mailings Most people who receive a postcard from you won’t contact you the first time they receive one. But once they contact you, you must create and maintain a database which allows you to repeatedly contact them with offers to respond to. Fifty percent or more of many businesses’ sales come as a result of following up with people who were previously contacted, but didn’t buy right away. No kidding, repeat contact does drive sales. One-time mailings can get response, but are bound to leave sales on the table. Those sales can be picked up with repeated mailings. 5. Take Away the Fear of Loss People don’t want to be fooled, plain and simple. Unfortunately trust does not run high today between customers and businesses in general. People have been disappointed too many times by being sold one thing and getting another. A guarantee or warranty is a good way to reduce or eliminate the customers risk of getting something other than what they bargained for. Guarantees and warranties increase response and sales by reducing customer risk. 6. Expand Your Product Line Getting new customers is more expensive than selling to existing ones. By regularly developing new products and services to sell to your customers and offering these new products and services to them, you can expand your business efficiently and easily. 7. Test Your Postcard Promotions Track the effectiveness of your postcard mailings. How many people responded to your mailing? What dollar amount of sales resulted from those responses? Is the money you are spending to attract new business giving you a good return? What can you do to make your marketing more effective? Change your offer, headline, price, the timing of your offer. When you do track the results and improve your response. These are the points to follow when designing your own marketing strategy. When you are done, you will have laid out the steps needed to accomplish your goal using existing resources to achieve a great marketing ROI (return on investment). After that, you simply have to get those steps executed and that might require further planning but it is all in the context of your main business marketing strategy. Weight Loss Tips, Tricks, and Tactics - Part 1

Thursday, January 10th, 2008

By Jeff Banas I personal lost 60 pounds in 2003. Here are some tactics I used to lose the weight. Eat every three hours. This will keep your blood sugar stable. Try to eat real food at least three times a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. In between your food meals take a good meal replacement shake or bar. Never eat a carbohydrate by itself. This is basically all sugar. When you eat a carbohydrate by itself there is a sudden increase in sugar in the body. This causes the body to release insulin. However, the body releases too much insulin because it thinks more sugar is coming. The insulin basically grabs the sugar/carbohydrate and stores it to fat for use at some other time. Since your body released too much insulin there is not enough sugar to support the brain function. That is why you feel tired or sluggish. So youre fatter and dumber. Watch the gums and mints. Many of these little gums and mints contain calories, sugars, and everything else that is not good for you. Read the labels, if it has sugar in it do not eat it. Eat foods that have 30% or less, calories from fat. Everyone is on this big no carbohydrate craze. However, did you know that 1 gram of carbohydrate contains 4 calories, 1 gram of protein contains 4 calories, and 1 gram of fat contains 9 calories? There are over twice as many calories in a single gram of fat, than in a protein or carbohydrate. To find out how many calories are from fat check the label. The label will list the total calories and then list how many calories are from fat. If there are 100 total calories, and there are 70 calories from fat, thats 70%, too high. Give yourself one reward day to eat and drink whatever you want. You worked hard all week, reward yourself. Alcohol is a converted to a sugar. Save it for your free day. If you do drink, it might also be helpful to take hydroxycitric acid capsules about 30 minutes before drinking. Hydroycitric acid is from the herb Garcinia Cambogia. This interferes with the enzyme that converts excess sugars into triglycerides, lessening the likelihood the alcohol will be stored as fat. — Please feel free to publish this article in your Newsletter or on your Website (with Resource Box Included). Is SHE Cheating? Many Unsuspecting Husbands Find Out Too Late

Tuesday, January 8th, 2008

By Ruth Houston Couples therapists report a 50% increase in female infidelity. The cover story in the current issue of Newsweek magazine is all about cheating wives: “The New Infidelity - From Office Affairs to Internet Hook-Ups, More Wives Are Cheating Too.” Yet, as widespread as female infidelity has become, many unsuspecting husbands have no idea their wives are having an affair. They often find themselves in a situation like David in the Newsweek article, who found out his wife was cheating the day she told him she wanted a divorce. Unsuspecting husbands are often surprised when they learn about a cheating wife’s extramarital affair. But, the stark reality is that if a husband isn’t familiar with the signs of infidelity, by the time he finds out his wife is cheating, it’s usually too late. Women Don’t Become Cheaters Overnight Yet many of the signs may have been there all along. A woman doesn’t become a cheating wife overnight. Infidelity develops in stages. In almost every case, there are numerous telltale signs along the way. In fact, many of the warning signs of impending infidelity are evident long before the physical act of infidelity actually takes place. Know How to Spot the Telltale Signs The husband who knows how to spot the signs of infidelity has a fighting chance to save his marriage. He won’t end up like John LeSage in the Newsweek article who was devastated when he came home one day and found that his wife of 24 years had disappeared. John said, “I would have done a lot things differently, but I never got the chance.” This loving, but unsuspecting husband never knew his marriage was in jeopardy because he was unfamiliar with the warning signs. Identifying the Problem The first step in solving a problem is knowing that the problem exists. There are certain telltale signs that serve as a wake-up call that a marriage is in trouble. A husband doesn’t need to hire a private detective or invest in sophisticated surveillance equipment to find out if his wife is having an affair. If he knows what to look for, all he needs are his eyes, his ears and his personal knowledge of his wife. Knowing what to look for is the key. 21 Categories of Telltale Signs There are 21 categories of telltale signs, with numerous signs in each category. Of course, no can be expected to know them all. That’s why it makes sense to invest in a relationship reference book like Is He Cheating on You? in order to become more knowledgeable about the warning signs. After all, most families have a medical reference book in their home to alert them to the signs and symptoms of health and medical problems. The same thing applies to marital problems like infidelity. Universal Telltale Signs Some of the signs of infidelity documented in Is He Cheating on You? - 829 Telltale Signs apply exclusively to cheating men. But many of the signs are universal and apply to both cheating husbands and cheating wives. Additional information about infidelity can be found at www.IsHeCheatingOnYou.com Although the website is primarily directed to women, about a third of the e-mails received come from men seeking advice about various telltale signs. So What Should a Husband Do? With infidelity affecting 80% of all marriages, the husband who values his marriage would do well to become familiar with the warning signs. He should always strive to be aware of his wife’s feelings and keep abreast of the things that are going on in her life. It’s not about being overly suspicious. It’s about keeping a finger on the pulse of his marriage. Forewarned is forearmed. This way, he’ll be equipped to recognize even the most subtle telltale signs. The future of his marriage may well depend on his ability to spot those telltale signs in time. Ruth Houston 2004 All rights reserved. Extramarital Affairs: What Everyone Needs to Know and What You Can Do to Help

Monday, January 7th, 2008

By Dr. Robert Huizenga Recent statistics suggest that 40% of women (and that number is increasing) and 60% of men at one point indulge in extramarital affairs. Put those numbers together and it is estimated that 80% of the marriages will have one spouse at one point or another involved in marital infidelity. That may seem like a very steep number. However after two decades plus of full time work as a marriage and family therapist, I don’t believe that number is off the charts. I worked with a great number of people involved in infidelity who were never discovered. The possibility that someone close to you is or soon will be involved in an extramarital affair (any of the three parties) is extremely high. Maybe you will know. You will see telltale signs. You will notice changes in the person’s habits and behavioral patterns as well as a detachment, lack of focus and reduced productivity. Maybe you will sense something “out of character” but be unable to pinpoint what it is. It is not a given that he/she will tell you. Those hiding the affair will continue to hide. The “victim” of the extramarital affair often, at least initially, is racked with anger, hurt, embarrassment and thoughts of failing that preclude divulging the crisis. It might be important to confront the person with your observations, depending on the status of your relationship with the person. It is important to understand that extramarital affairs are different and serve different purposes. Out of my study and experience with hundreds of couples I’ve identified 7 different kinds of infidelity. Briefly, some extramarital affairs are reactivity to a perceived lack of intimacy in the marriage. Others arise out of addictive tendencies or a history of sexual confusion or trauma. Some in our culture play out issues of entitlement and power by becoming “trophy chasers.” This “boys will be boys” mentality is subtly encouraged in some contexts. Some become involved in marital infidelity because of a high need for drama and excitement and are enthralled with the idea of “being in love” and having that “loving feeling.” An extramarital affair might be for revenge either because the spouse did or did not do something. Or the revenge may stem from rage. Although revenge is the motive for both, they look and feel very different. Another form of infidelity serves the purpose of affirming personal desirability. A nagging question of being “OK” may lead to usually a short-term and one-person affair. And finally, some affairs are a dance that attempts to balance needs for distance and intimacy in the marriage, often with collusion from the spouse. The prognosis for survivability of the marriage is different for each. Some affairs are the best thing that happens to a marriage. Others serve a death knell. As well, different extramarital affairs demand different strategies on the part of the spouse or others. Some demand toughness and movement. Others demand patience and understanding. The emotional impact of the discovery of infidelity is usually profound. Days and weeks of sleeplessness, rumination, fantasies (many sexual) and unproductivity follow. It typically takes 2 4 years to “work through” the implications. A good coach or therapist can accelerate and mollify the process. I don’t recommend “marriage” counseling, at least initially. The devastating emotional impact results from a couple powerful dynamics. Trust is shattered of one’s ability to discern the truth. The most important step is NOT to learn to trust the other person, but to learn to trust one’s self. Another is the power that a secret plays in relationships. THE secret exacts an emotional and sometimes physical toll that needs to be acknowledged and dealt with. How can you help? Those in the midst of their affair crisis told me they need this from you: 1. Sometimes I want to vent, get it out without censor. I know sometimes I will say what I shouldn’t be saying. It may not be nice, pretty or mild. Please know that I know better, but I need to get it off my chest. 2. Every so often I want to hear something like, “This too shall pass.” Remind me that this is not forever. 3. I want to be validated. I want to know that I am OK. You can best do that by nodding acceptance when I talk about the pain or confusion. 4. I want to hear sometimes, “What are you learning? What are you doing to take care of yourself?” I may need that little jolt that moves me beyond my pain to see the larger picture. 5. I may want space. I may want you to be quiet and patient as I attempt to sort through and express my thoughts and feelings. Give me some time to stammer, stutter and stumble my way through this. 6. I want someone to point out some new options or different roads that I might take. But before you do this, make sure I am first heard and validated. 7. When they pop into your mind, recommend books or other resources that you think I might find helpful. 8. I want to hear every so often, “How’s it going?” And, I may want this to be more than an informal greeting. Give me time and space to let you know exactly how it IS going. 9. I want you to understand and welcome the ambivalent feelings and desires. I would like you to be fairly comfortable with the gray areas and the contradictions about how I feel and what I may want. 10. I want you to be predictable. I want to be able to count on you to be there, listen and speak consistently or let me know when you are unable to do that. I will honor that. Extramarital affairs are powerful. Affairs are costly. They affect family, friends, colleagues and employers. Infidelity is also an opportunity to redesign one’s life and love relationships in ways that create honor, joy and true intimacy. Dr. Robert Huizenga, The Infidelity Coach, has helped hundreds of couples over the past two decades heal from the agony of extramarital affairs and survive infidelity. How to Create a Dynamic Marketing Plan - Part II: Breaking Down Your Goals

Friday, January 4th, 2008

By Sandra Martini Now that youve got a list of your goals for the upcoming year, take a good look at them. You are most likely feeling a combination of exhilaration and trepidation with a little overwhelming sensation mixed in for good measure. Its okay, youre not the first or only one to experience this. The next step is to break down each goal into manageable objectives. Its as simple as the answer to the riddle How do you eat an elephant? The answer is: One bite at a time. And that is how you tackle your goals small managable pieces categorize them in to groups as to whether they are 10 years , 5 years or one year goals. Lets assume one of your goals is to make $100,000 in the next year. By itself, it may seem overwhelming, but lets take it one bite at a time. 1. Make it present tense. Its important to change the language of your goal so it reads as if youve already achieved it. This will activate your subconscious and let it know that you are serious about your goal. 2. Get emotional. Make each goal your own by personalizing it and give it an emotion. Watch what happens when we take the original goal of My business will make $100,000 in the next year and, factoring in numbers 1 and 2 above, change it to the following: Its December 31, 2007, I made $100,000 this year doing what I love in my business and I feel on top of the world! WOW what a change! See how alive your goal becomes? 3. Work backwards. Start with your largest goal (in this case, ours is one year) and break it into smaller time periods that you can measure. For our goal, will you make $25,000 per quarter? Or, do you need time to ramp up so you anticipate making $5,000 in quarter one and then more for each of the last three quarters? Remember the goals have to be measurable and realistic and plan accordingly. 4. Know your target audience. In order to reach your goals, you must know your target audience. And if you think that everyone is your target audience, you are wrong and wrong in a way that will cost you significant time, trouble and money. Assuming you have limited marketing dollars, you want to spend them wisely. If you own a wedding gown boutique, which would be the more profitable thing to do: Send flyers announcing a sale to everyone in your town OR send flyers only to those women who subscribe to bridal magazines, have hired a wedding planner or booked a hall? The answer is obvious. Defining your target audience matters. It matters more than most anything else you will do. 5. Where are they? Knowing your target audience isnt enough. You must know where they hang out, what they like, what they dislike and you need to be able to speak with them in their language. So where does this leave us? A brief summary to pull it all together: Youve written your goals in present tenseYouve added emotionYouve broken your goals into smaller timeframes and Youve identified your target audience and where they hang out Well pull it all together in Part III when we add the daily and weekly action steps that will get you well on your way to accomplishing your goals. Get a Personal Loan to Buy or Upgrade Your Computer

Thursday, January 3rd, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Kate_Ross]Kate Ross There was a time when computers where a luxurious item. Only those with a high income could afford getting one. Nowadays, the computer industry has evolved and new products arrive every day driving older ones obsolete. This has greatly reduced the prices but also created the need of upgrading or buying new equipment regularly. Financing your purchase Thus, the need for finance becomes more marked especially for those with a limited income. Using your credit card is always an option but not the cheapest one and sometimes not available for everyone. If you are buying a new computer, your credit card limit may not let you purchase it through that means. Sometimes your credit card limit would allow it but other expenses may have exhausted your credit. Using a personal loan to finance the purchase is a much better solution for several reasons. For starters, the interest rate charged for personal loans is significantly lower than that charged by credit card companies. Credit Card holders are used to paying a two digit interest rate that can get as high as 25% while those who request a personal loan may have to pay, in the worst scenario, an interest rate of 10%. The amount of money you can obtain through a [http://www.speedybadcreditloans.com/guaranteed-online-personal-loans.html]personal loan is significantly higher than your credit card limit (Often, the difference being 5 to 1 in terms of loan amount). If your credit card limit is $1500, chances are you can easily get approved for an unsecured personal loan of $7500. Most pre-approved loan packages that come along with credit cards and an overdraft agreement for your bank account feature that amount ratio. Another important advantage is that you can repay the loan in many loan installments even lower than the minimum payments on a credit card balance. Moreover, since the loan installments usually come with fixed amounts you can be sure that when the last payment is due, youll have cancelled all your debt and youll have become debt free. Paying credit card minimums, on the other hand, often implies paying only interests while your debts principal stays unaffected. What if I have Bad Credit? If your credit is less than perfect you neednt worry. Most stores that offer personal loans specifically designed for buying their equipment and other non-traditional lenders feature personal loans for people with bad credit, no credit at all and sometimes you can even get approved if you have recently gone through a bankruptcy process. What you need to do is request loan quotes from different lenders and compare rates and fees. Make sure to do this, especially if you have bad credit because the interest rate charged to those with bad credit tends to be higher so it wont hurt you to get the best deal possible.
